Swiss Chard is one of those special leafy vegetables with an interesting flavor. It enhances just about anything it is added to with color, aroma, texture and flavor. Instead of lettuce, we've been adding Swiss Chard to our sandwiches for a delicious change. So far, we've enjoyed with with grilled cheese, hambergers, tuna and tomato sandwiches.
